APL80 Automatic Medical Mask Making Machine Production Line Module
Full Automatic Face Mask Making Machine (APL80) is constructed with 3 major parts, they are automatic mask bodies forming machine, automatic earloop welding machine, and the conveyor.
The mask raw materials (Meltblown, Exterior & inner layer Spunbonds, and Nose wire) are formed together by the automatic mask body making machine, then be delivered to the automatic earloop welding machine and be weld with the earloop automatically, finally stacked on the conveyor.

Mask Bodies Making Machine
Automatic system to form 3 ply flat mask bodies, combine raw fabrics, three layers of pp non-woven, then form the creases, inserting nose clips and being weld together by ultrasonic welding device, finally cut into mask body pieces for next earloops welding procedure.
